Description
The Pepper cheese produced by Mila is a semi-hard cut cheese, made with pasteurized cow's milk. What makes this product unique and unmistakable is the addition of pepper, both in the pasta and on the crust. This gives the cheese an aromatic, strong and spicy flavor. The Alto Adige quality label, then, guarantees that it is a product originating from Alto Adige, and also ensures its controlled quality. The rind appears black, being covered with pepper, and is edible. The paste, on the other hand, is yellow / white, with regular holes, and is veined with green and red pepper, whole and peeled. The consistency is compact, elastic, but also crunchy, again due to the pepper, while the scent is pleasant. Here it is sold in the 2.7 kg format, it must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 weeks. It is left to mature for 7 weeks.
