The Frescoverde of pure vegetable rennet sheep, produced by Busti Formaggi, is a riot of flavors and aromas capable of conquering even the most demanding palates. This semi-hard pecorino comes from an ancient medieval tradition according to which as soon as it matures the pecorino is treated with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with a mix of aromatic herbs such as rosemary, mint, sage, savory, basil and coriander, coming from Organic Active Principle of Carrara. It is also suitable for a vegetarian diet. Made with pasteurized sheep's milk, it is left to mature for three weeks.
