Description

Spicy sibling of Mugnano salami, with added chilli. It has the typical grenade shape. It has a compact, medium-grain consistency and is wrapped in natural casing. When cut, it gives off a pleasant, slightly smoky, delicately spicy aroma and on the palate it offers an explosion of articulated flavors, thanks to the presence of chilli, but at the same time balanced. Slicing with a knife is essential, keeping a thickness of about 3-4 millimeters for the slices.
