Description
This product, with its typical, sweet and slightly smoked taste, is the result of a clever and balanced dose of ingredients, in keeping with the age-old recipe. Speck Campiglio is left to mature out in the pure Tyrolean air, which gives it its unique flavour. It is usually served in one piece which everyone cuts their own portion from in the desired thickness: in chunks, or in slices that either are a couple of centimetres thick or wafer thin. The fragrant crust can be eaten or left.
