From the heart of Val Venosta, Monte Maria cheese by Mila takes its name from the famous Monte Maria monastery overlooking Burgusio, a true symbol of history and tradition. This cheese, with its authentic character, is wrapped in a firm, slightly rough rind that ranges from light yellow to straw yellow. Its interior is compact yet smooth and soft on the palate, dotted with evenly sized pea-shaped holes, a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship.
