MILA Herb Witch cheese - cow's milk - EXP 12 days

Description

The Herb Witch cheese produced by MILA, Latte Montagna Alto Adige Soc. Agr. Coop, is a cheese flavored with herbs and produced with cow's milk. The cheese is pale straw in color and has regular holes, precisely veined with herbs. The edible rind is the same color and is covered with various mountain herbs and hay flowers. Its texture on the palate is compact and elastic, velvety and melting, the scent is pleasant and the flavor is fresh, delicate and enhanced by the aromas of 17 alpine herbs. The product is naturally lactose-free, as a consequence of the typical production process, and gluten-free. The cheese is aged for about 30 days. Here it can be purchased in 2.4 kg forms. This product does not contain ingredients or materials derived from Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), according to current legislation, EC Regulation n. 1829/2003, EC Regulation n. 1830/2003 and subsequent amendments. Furthermore, the South Tyrol symbol guarantees the quality and the authenticity of its origins. How to enjoy it? With potatoes and speck, in an omelette, to brown meat or on a cutting board to accompany cold cuts and toasted bread.

Pasteurized milk, 1.5% herbs, spices, lactic acid bacteria, salt, rennet; rind: blend of herbs and flowers (0.08% herbs and flowers, milk protein, preservative: potassium sorbate). May contain egg.
