The Nocciolo produced by the Caseificio dell’Alta Langa is a slightly seasoned soft cheese, made with pasteurized cow's milk, sheep's milk and goat's milk. It is devoid of holes, with an edible white / straw yellow rind. The pack consisting of 9 pieces weighing 90 g each is sold here. It is left to mature for 1 week, must be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 weeks. From the three different milks blended in harmonious balance and patiently left to mature for about 24 hours, this little delight with a soft and thin crust is born.
