VERONI Felino salami PGI 900 g - matured for 5 weeks - EXP 7 weeks

Description

A Salami typical of the hills around Parma that takes its name from the Emilian city in which it was created. As well as being IGP certified, it is also free from gluten and milk derivatives. After being ground to medium fineness, the salami mix is stuffed into its casing and left to age for a month, resulting in an intense, easily recognisable smell. The Salamis can also be hung up.

Pork, salt, dry white wine, black pepper, natural flavors, dextrose, sugar, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
