The mixture prepared with selected cuts of pork is flavoured with Italian chilli, which gives the product a bright red color and a pleasantly spicy taste. Highest quality able to combine light and digestibility with a unique and delicious taste with less than 14% fat. Good and delicate thanks to its lightness. Use it to spice up a starter or in salads and sandwiches. DolceMagro is also ideal for the most demanding consumers and particularly attentive to new nutritional trends. Vacuum packed in a presentation of 1.6 Kg. Produced in Emilia Romagna and prepared with iodine-enriched salt. Low fat and gluten free.
