An elegant reinterpretation of the renowned cake from Pretoro: pistachio cream embraced by a soft base that recalls the rich character of the classic version, infused with Montepulciano wine and natural aromas. The pistachio variation, more delicate and less alcoholic, is designed for those who appreciate balance between indulgence and refinement, to be served as a memorable dessert with a sweet wine or an aromatic drink.

Fresh eggs, sugar, wheat flour type 00, sunflower oil, pistachio flour, anise, cinnamon, lemon, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo red wine, cocoa powder, rum 70°, ethyl alcohol, caramel E150b, baking powder, natural flavourings, water, saffron, herbal and root extracts. Filling: sugar, pistachio (15%), vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, palm, palm kernel), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, cocoa butter, modified starch, emulsifiers (soy lecithin), salt, vanillin. May contain traces of hazelnuts and almonds.
