An elegant artisanal dessert made of soft, crumbly shortcrust pastry filled with extra Montepulciano grape jam, offering a rich and enveloping flavour. Handcrafted in a small bakery and presented in an elegant gift box, it’s perfect on its own or served with custard, whipped cream, or seasonal fruit.
Ingredients
Butter pastry: wheat flour type "00", butter, fresh eggs, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate), anti-caking agent (wheat starch). Allergens: gluten, milk, eggs. Preservative: potassium sorbate. Filling: extra Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grape jam (sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid). Fruit used: 255 g per 100 g of product.
