Ingredients
Base: fresh eggs, wheat flour type "0", unsweetened cocoa powder, sunflower oil, anise, red wine, water, coffee, raising agent (baking powder). Soaking syrup: water, sugar, Jamaican rum (hydrated alcohol and natural flavors), coffee infusion and distillate. Emulsifiers/stabilizers: E471 (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), cinnamon, lemon. Preservatives/antioxidants: E202 (potassium sorbate), E282 (calcium propionate). Anti-caking agent: E170 (calcium carbonate). Wheat flour, enzymes. Filling: sugar, soybean oil, bifractionated palm oil, low-fat cocoa powder, whey powder, lactose, hazelnuts, skimmed milk. Antioxidant: E322 (soy lecithin).
