INGREDIENTS: Paste: durum WHEAT semolina, EGGS (20% on the paste; 10% on the total), WHEAT flour, water, salt. Filling: beef (33,6% of filling, 16,7% of the total), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour kind "0", brewer's yeast, salt), mortadella (pork, pork tripe, salt, spices, sugar, garlic, flavors, antioxidant E 300, preservative: E 250), pork, red wine (it contains SULPHITES), onions, carrots, CELERY, garlic, pot herbs, salt, spices, flavors (it contains GLUTEN), preservative E200, spices. It may contain traces of fish, soy, shellfish, milk and products thereof and nuts. Rice flour for sprinkling.
